Select Tasting 

Offered at our Sonoma Winery and Downtown Sonoma tasting rooms, enjoy a tasting of your choice of four non-reserve wines from our tasting menu. This includes our white wines, red wines, dry rosé and our ever popular sweet wine selections. Select Family Tasting also includes the tasting of our futures wines directly from the barrel.

Reserve Tasting

Offered at our Sonoma Winery and Downtown Sonoma tasting rooms, enjoy a tasting of your choice of four reserve wines from our tasting menu. This includes our sparkling wine, reserve Chardonnays, reserve Pinot Noirs, and reserve Merlot. Reserve Tasting also includes the tasting of our futures wines directly from the barrel.

Barrel Tasting Offered Daily

Available exclusively at our Sonoma Winery, sample our latest vintages right from the barrel within our cellar! Learn more about these new vintages, the wine making process, and our Futures Program…especially how to reserve a special invitation to our most popular annual event, the Roche Futures BBQ.

Barrel Tasting is offered daily at Roche Winery. Complimentary with purchase of Select or Reserve Tasting. Please ask your host about tasting these current Futures offerings directly from the barrel!

Group Tastings (6 or more guests)

Offered at our Sonoma Winery and Downtown Sonoma tasting rooms, we offer group tastings (6 or more guests) and private tastings by advanced reservation only. For our Group Tastings, a dedicated host will lead you and your guests through a selection of four, limited production Roche family wines. Group Tastings also include the tasting of our futures wines directly from the barrel.

By advanced reservation only (48 hours advanced notice strongly recommended). An additional gratuity of 20% will be added to the balance due. No Group Tasting fees are waived with bottle purchase. Two (2) tasting fees will be waived for each new wine club member sign up in the group (i.e. wine club paid for and taken at time of club sign up). 

Vineyard & Winery Tour

Enjoy an intimate walking tour of the Roche family’s Tipperary vineyards and our Sonoma Valley Winery. As you sip through your selection of wine offerings, your host will educate and offer insights during stops within the 20-acre Tipperary Vineyard surrounding the winery estate (weather permitting). Next, your host will lead you through the winery showcasing our 50,000 case production facility, including a sampling of the latest vintage right from their barrels, and concluding with a hand-selected offering of library and limited production wines.

Advanced reservations are required (48-hour minimum).  Small groups only (4-8 people max). Tour length is approximately 90 minutes and is offered Friday – Sunday (blackout dates apply). June - September

Food Pairing is Available with all Tasting Experiences

All guests are welcome to enjoy a selection of hand-selected wine country meats, gourmet cheeses, and snacks available for purchase from our deli case. With advanced notice, Roche Winery can arrange to provide a customized charcuterie platter for small to large groups from our catering partner.
